We think it will be safe for us to say that everyone prefers a fast dispatch and shipping. This is something that we aim to be able to provide to you.

Me (Dine) and Nelle both work full-time [fixed hours and rostered shift] so we will try our best to dispatch your order within 1 - 3 working days. Worst case scenario, we will have to do it during the weekend [NZDT].

If your piece requires us to semi-customise it for you (i.e. custom length chain size), it may mean that we would need a few more days in order to process this request. Rest assured, we will keep you informed along the way so that you know exactly what's happening!

Pick up option can be discussed (in Auckland). Please note that since it will be in our home, pick up is at our discretion .
