REFUND

As much as we would love to be able to offer a refund for change of mind, this is something that we can't afford to do at this time. We are a small and independently run business so please do not purchase anything with the intention of returning it. 


REPAIR AND REPLACE

All products sold on this website are handcrafted and we pride ourselves in making sure that each and every piece is thoroughly checked to ensure a quality product. If the product arrives to you in an unacceptable condition (damaged or defective) please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery so that we can figure out a way on how to rectify it.

If the jewellery can be repaired, we will repair it. 

If the jewellery needs to be replaced, we will replace it. 

Due to the time and supplies that go into making these handcrafted pieces, we are unable to replace any items broken due to faulty care. Please refer to "How to care for your jewellery" page for more information on caring for your jewellery. 


Important note: Expenses incurred related to shipping of the product will have to be at your own cost.
